Three hours are devoted to evaluation and review of your pre-submitted questionnaires. A summary of findings and recommendations about your overall health history, health concerns, typical daily intake, and lifestyle will be provided and reviewed during your 60 minute session with your nutrition coach. This evaluation will cover fundamental and foundational suggestions for improving your overall health and wellbeing.

This evaluation provides a Summary of Findings and Recommendations. We recommend that you share with your physician(s). This report is a wonderful tool to share with your health care practitioners as well as having an up to date snapshot of your health on hand at all times. Sample reports are available for review.
